Hi. My name is Sharon Hembree and I would like to share a story with you about Gangwisch Dental Group here in Lilburn Georgia. Number one, the office staff is absolutely tremendous. And I have referred several people to here over the years and they have always come back telling me how wonderful this office is. My story starts out about eight years ago. I was aging and realized that I needed something done with my teeth. So I was going through the phone book, and I had this tremendous fear of going to any dentist whatsoever. I couldn’t even imagine. I would have an anxiety attack before I would ever go to a dentist. Then I saw this name of Dr. Richard Gangwisch and it said sedation for any type of dental work that needed to be done. It was called conscious sedation and I thought that that was interesting. So I took down the number and I phoned here that day. The person that I spoke to was the most wonderful lady that helped me through everything since I have been coming here. Her name is Michelle and she works in the front office. I got on the phone with her and explained what all of my fears and anxieties were over the years. And how I had been to see dentists who were actual butchers in my opinion. And she said, "Now you just think about it." and she took my phone number and she said, "Now I will call you back in a few days to see if you want to come in". And, lo and behold, two days later, I got a phone call from Michelle, from Dr. Gangwisch’s dental office. She made me feel so relaxed and so calm and so caring which is a reflection of the entire office here. I can’t stress enough as to how many people that I have referred here. And when they come here, they call me up right away and they would say "Sharon, you were so right. I have never been to a dental office where everyone is so friendly, so courteous, so compassionate and so understanding". And I see that as a reflection from the head up which would be Dr. G, as we call him. And he has put together the most wonderful office that I have ever known of. We were recently thinking about moving out of town for my husband’s business, and my biggest concern when we thought about that was not about my doctor, or his doctor. It was going to be " Who was going to be my dentist". What am I going to do? I won’t have Dr. G to call anymore! As Dr. G always makes you feel so good too. So, please, call Gangwisch Dental Group. Do yourself a favor. You’ll never go to a different dentist ever again.
