Maryland Bridge - Bonded Bridge

This page shows a bonded (Maryland) bridge.  You can see where the metal wings are bonded to the tongue side of the natural teeth.  The nice thing about a bonded bridge is that you do not have to sacrifice much tooth enamel, however, these bridges are subject to coming out and must be recemented occasionally.
